What People Are Saying

Fun for a native or visitor! I’ve lived in NB for over 10 years and was thrilled to taste some uncharted territory.

It’s more than about food- You get a mix of the city’s history, the contemporary art scene, and how a ton of cultures have resulted in a bunch of incredible local flavors. Careful though, I was full for days. Listen to the tour guide when they say to hold off on eating your entire serving from The Baker. Thankfully, the tour is a delightful (moderate) walk around the downtown so you can walk off some of the meal to make room for the next stop. Can’t wait to schedule my next tour!

Such a great day with New Bedford Food Tours. The perfect balance of learning about some of the history of New Bedford and experiencing the deliciousness of some of the downtown restaurants. Having recently moved to the Southcoast I loved seeing and learning about the historical buildings. All the stops had really great food and accommodated diet restrictions. Definitely a must do.
